Pieter Oonincx is Doctor Vems, Dave (D of DP) has helped forming some parts of the VEMS and they are the official VEMS suppliers in the NL and are well known over whole Europe for their stunning projects and quality parts
DP build all their projects with VEMS so with all respect for van der Laan, I certainly will vote for DP.
And about the do's and don't concerning citroen's: Dave and Pieter both have a PSA hart ;)
I don't think van der Laan will supply the parts needed for the 320 hp as DP makes the (turbo)parts themselfs.
THe reason why i mentioned van der laan is that he is into this kind of things hut has no gain in it.
That, combined with his knowledge About citroen engines, could be intresting.
The maximum torque is the limiting factor, not the power.
It is the same problem with the 3.0HDI, the torque is almost the same as the 2.7HDI but the power is increased. Both engines have the same compact Aisin automatic gearbox, which allows a maximum torque of 450Nm with reserve included.
Jaguar uses the same 3.0HDI with 500Nm @2000rpm, 241hp @4000rpm, because of the transversale placed engine. This allows to use a bigger gearbox and is developed with a higher maximum torque with reserve included.
The 2.7HDI has the same specifications as Citroën, because this engine was optimal engineered for its dimensions and was not allowed to tune it more. This why the 3.0HDI is launched which allows optimization to meet emission legislation in the future without developing a new engine again.
317 hp, less than they offered you
487Nm... Thats almost 50% over what the 4hp20's maximum torque..
The standard es9 torque is allready more than enough for your gearbox
Exactly! Come to Citromobile in "Vijfhuizen" near Amsterdam. It's really big and offers you lots and lots of Citroëns and all kind of things related to them! :D Mainly old stuff (Traction 2CV DS & CX) but it's worth the journey!
I come with my wife on Citromobile 2012 with airplane (in August by car - Germany trip)
We will be in Amsterdam from 04.05 - 07.05 in hotel "Quentin Hotel".
Ah, Quentin hotel. Between the world famous Vondelpark and Leidseplein. Good spot to discover Amsterdam.
Too bad you're not there at 30 april as it's Queen's day:
Yes. Thank you.
Hello :zwaai:
I want to ask you for DP-Engineering, Pieter Oonincx.
Is this man works well?
I have offer for tuning of my car to 320hp
Try contacting http://www.citroenvanderlaan.nl/ Evert Jan, the owner is verry much into Vems and putting more power behind the pedal...
perhaps he can inform you abouth te does and don'ts for a Citroen.

320HP is fine, but what is the maximum torque the ZF 4HP20 can handle?
But I assume DP engineering has taken into account about the automatic gearbox.
I asked Pieter and he said no problem for the gearbox. :problem:
THe reason why i mentioned van der laan is that he is into this kind of things hut has no gain in it.

320HP no problem for a 4HP20 automatic gearbox???????????
Not if you want to do a revision every 10.000 km..

2.7HDI 440Nm @1900rpm, 208hp @4000rpm
3.0HDI 450Nm @1600rpm, 241hp @3800rpm

If that is true, I have some more torque to 330Nm :)
I forgot to tell you that Pieter offer my and Supercharger not only Turbocharger :)
I don't now witch is better, maybe supercharger is more safety.
True, in the standard configuration, but there is a relation between torque and power..
For example:
http://www.dp-engineering.nl/EN/projects/406_v6_turbo.php
317 hp, less than they offered you
487Nm... Thats almost 50% over what the 4hp20's maximum torque..

You right.
Then can change Torque Converter of 4HP20.
I think it is not only the converter, but also the strength of all other components in the gearbox...
Hello,
This year I plan to do a trip with my family.
Italy-Austria-Germany-Nederlands-Belgium-France
Do you planning your XM (Citroen) meetings for 2012 ?
I would be happy if I can see some of you.
8)
Hi there Coolman,
You can read the planning on the site: http://www.xmclub.nl/index.php?option=com_seminar&Itemid=55. It is in Dutch of course, but at least you have the dates. :D
Voorgangers: BX 19D: SR-39-ZY (rood); XM 2.1TD YS-93-GH(Berline Rouge); XM 2.1TD HL-LR-66(Berline Noir Verni); XM 2.1TD JN-SP-74(Break Vert Vega); XM 2.1TD 08-RD-VZ(Break Vert Vega); XM2.1TD 12-DF-FK (Break, Vert Vega)
And there is Citromobile at 5 and 6 of may: http://www.citromobile.nl/indexen.html 8)
Off course the XM club will have its stand there too.
I guess you'll be able to meet almost all of us if you attend both days of CitroMobile
Exactly! Come to Citromobile in "Vijfhuizen" near Amsterdam. It's really big and offers you lots and lots of Citroëns and all kind of things related to them! :D Mainly old stuff (Traction 2CV DS & CX) but it's worth the journey!
Last year even some people came over from Japan to inquire about spare parts for the XM. :wtf:
I come with my wife on Citromobile 2012 with airplane (in August by car - Germany trip)
We will be in Amsterdam from 04.05 - 07.05 in hotel "Quentin Hotel".
See you :zwaai: :D
Heee Nice!!, and how will you be recognizable?
A red rose in a buttonhole off youre jacket? ore a string off icecubes around youre neck?
Je vais reussir, tout simplement parce que je refuse de perdre.
It's easy
We will be with t-shirts of "Club Citroen Bulgaria".
This is me and my wife
